Phased masterplanning of the Polden Campus of Bridgwater College Academy.
Existing barriers between three separate schools are to be removed to form a unified landscaped campus. Sports facilities are to be improved with the construction of a new astroturf pitch and the extension of the existing sports hall. The campus will include a new green heartland with a Forest School, themed areas for horticulture and livestock, play areas, gardens and trim trails.
In the final phase of the masterplan a new hub building will be constructed providing colocated administrative accommodation, a new science department and additional classrooms. This will form a new main entrance and focal point to the campus, shared by all three schools.
