This project successfully secured planning across two sites in Paulton, which were linked via planning condition. The project encompassed open public space and a community nursery at Paper Lane, which enabled the development of the site at Oxleaze Way to create a series of new 3 & 4 bedroom dwellings for family living.
DKA worked to develop a scheme which addressed the site levels and surrounding housing developments which included a substantial retaining wall. Through dialogue with the client and the planners we developed a scheme for a number of family dwellings which reflected the design guide for the wider housing site and created an attractive proposal for development at an appropriate density level.
