Outline Planning Application Package to support NHS Property Services Ltd to secure best value for a redundant former office site set on 1.42 hectares, south of Devizes town centre. The proposal repurposed the distinctive 1990s two storey office building and 151 space carpark to create a scheme of 27 no apartments and 17 new semi-detached and terraced houses within the grounds of the site.

DKA created concept layouts to support a pre-application and developed the design in response to create a full set of planning drawings and Design & Access Statement which included local area character appraisal to demonstrate the appropriate context and scale of the proposed development. The scheme also included integrated SUDs and BNG measures as well as a full landscaping proposal with both casual and equipped play spaces.
